Of course, we use high quality certified pork that's full of lean, and we add the perfect seasoning ingredients to create this mouth-watering treat. Our sausage is smoked in a smoked in a cloth bag over smoldering hickory, and is now available in patties. We also offer a Smoked Sausage gift box that contains three 2-pound bags of smoked sausage that can be shipped to address of your choice. New cloth bags allow us to offer our smoked sausage in a 1 pound and 2-pound size.
