Father's Cracklins are part of our farming hertage. Our cracklins are processed from the skin of country hams. In the early 1900's, my great grandparents killed hogs on our farm and made cracklins for a family treat and to snack on during the winter. The cracklins were not only eaten as a snack but used in cooking and baking cornbread. Fathers Cajun Cracklins are very hot and spicy!!
