Father's country bacon is sugar cured and hickory smoked just like our hams. Our dry cured bacon will not shrink like packing house bacon because no water is added or used in the curing process. We use a time-honored secret formula and you can certainly tell the difference in taste. The rind is removed for easy slicing. Father's Country Bacon is available in whole slabs of 8-9 pounds and a 4 pack of 1 lb. packages (CBS4).
