Father's Ground Cooked Country Ham - 8 oz package
We slow cook the most flavorable part of the country ham by an old family recipe. We then grind it fine for use in many different ways. It is an old southern favorite. Use it in country ham balls, country ham salad, omelets, as a topping for deviled eggs or salads. Coat cheese balls with it instead of nuts. Mix it in pimento cheese and spread on rye party bread or broil for a wonderful appetizer. It adds the subtle taste of country ham. Mix it with cream cheese and serve on crackers. Very tasty.
