Father's Hickory Smoked Cajun Country Bacon. Our Country Bacon is sugar cured and hickory smoked. Father's Gourmet Bacons are hand rubbed with dry cure, this reduces shrinkage and you can certainly tell the difference. No water added! Cured on the Gatton Family Farm the old country way since 1840.
Father's Cajun Bacon is coated with our Father's Southern Cajun seasoning with salt removed. This special blend of Zesty seasoning adds a sizzling, robust, passionate flavor. Our cajun bacon is not a real hot cajun spice, it was developed to complement our country cured bacon. Father's Cajun Bacon was sampled at the National Fancy Food Show in New York and was amoung the attendees favorites.
